Important disclaimer for orders shipped outside of HK
- When an order is transported overseas, the destination country's import rules may levy import taxes, customs tariffs, and/or fees.
- These fees are not included in the product or delivery costs.
- The customer is responsible for learning about their country's laws, rules, and restrictions before purchasing our items.
- By placing an overseas order, the customer agrees to abide by the rules, regulations, and limitations of their own country.
Return Policy
If the items have quality concerns (non-human damage), including but not limited to
- Pearl shedding on jewelry / Haoshi / natural sparring, the client has seven days/fourteen days to return the goods.
- The accessory's earring/chain/fastener is damaged and cannot be worn.
- Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange for a replacement.
Note
- Please keep in mind that our store will not accept late replacement applications.
- Exchanges are only possible for accessories that are the same style and color.
- Only one exchange per order Minor transportation-related faults, such as slightly bent earrings or scratched grins, will not be accepted as replacements.
- If there is a tiny color discrepancy between the decoration and the photo owing to lighting issues, the replacement application will be rejected.
*Please keep in mind that this does not include discolouration or any other type of man-made damage.

*The final decision is reserved by ClassyWomen.
